Japanese are known to have “30 a day” meals where 30 different ingredients consumed a day are the guideline to a balanced diet. For us, even “15 a day” is tough.

Recycling is the most effective solution to combat our ever increasing waste outputs. Japan is one of the most efficient recycling nations and we can learn so much from their recycling habits. It canget a bit troublesome to go full on recycling at the beginning but it will become more natural as time passes by. We just have to stick to it! Small steps first. 
All our packaging is recyclable. We have made the decision to support the environmental conservation efforts by bringing in products with packaging that has as little non-biodegradable material as possible. Our bags and boxes are made of recyclable compounds so that our customers can reuse or recycle them.
