Best relaxation techniques when on the go
Date:2019-04-10Views:988
Taking time out every day to relax is a good way to keep your body and mind, concentrate, feel good and healthy. Many people realize this, but some people don't know how to work anytime to relax for a day. In addition, those who try to make room for relaxation often don't know how to deal with their reserved time.

The advantage of relaxation is that it does not require any lengthy commitments or strict rules. It only takes three to five minutes a day, full of simple relaxation techniques, to keep everyone running properly, to prepare for the next task, or to bring a little peace to a busy day.

Here are some simple and quick relaxation techniques that can be practiced during the journey, whether you want to concentrate in the morning, recover in a challenging afternoon, or rest your body before going to bed.

One minute breathing exercise
Even if you only have one minute to relax, you can put powerful breathing techniques into practice to calm your mind, body and spirit. Stand or sit in an upright position in an elongated position (but keep your body relaxed rather than rigid). Put one hand under the navel and face the palm towards the stomach so that you can feel the breath.

Let the other hand hang down. Breathing to three, pause three times, and then breathe three times. Repeat this breathing exercise for about a minute, focusing on your inhalation and exhalation.

The reciprocal starts at 10.
For this fast relaxation technique, stop wherever you are. If you stand, grab something and ask for support. Close your eyes and slowly count down from 10 to zero.

At each number, inhale deeply and exhale deeply. Open your mouth and breathe.  When you say each number to yourself, try to imagine that your body gradually becomes more relaxed until you reach zero, which means complete relaxation.

General relaxation
Sit in a chair or on the floor and concentrate on the top of your head. Inhale as deeply as you can, and as you exhale, imagine that your crown is completely relaxed and all the tension is pushed aside. Next time you inhale, pay attention to your eyes, and when you exhale, imagine that your eyes will release all tension.

As you work in the direction of your body, continue this inhalation and exhalation pattern, focusing on key parts of relaxation and stress relief. When you stand up, you should feel completely relaxed and relaxed.

In addition to these quick relaxation techniques, you can tap the pressure point where your wrist meets your palm, or you can sniff out a pile of essential oils that you can carry with you in your wallet or handbag.

Relaxation is a huge benefit for those who want to relieve tension or anxiety and improve their health. Be sure to contact Nutrex Hawaii to learn about other aspects of health and fitness and find incredible health supplements.
