Recent and encouraging technological and business developments in the field of insect food have yet to be explored in other areas of the subject. We recognize and discuss the importance of our own reference framework; this includes phrases such as our eating habits and the general use of plural pronouns. Insect food is absolutely a global topic, and anyone reading these interviews is unlikely to be born or currently live in a country or region commonly known as the West. My research includes materials on insects, human culture, and attitudes towards group normative behavior. There is much more to say about these topics. Many researchers have noticed that most people in the world prefer the intensity of their genetic, population-specific food sources. Technological and corporate advances do not necessarily lead to universal acceptance. I don't see any comment on the criteria by which we can quantify the economic, humanitarian and environmental potential of the industry; it would be great to learn from sociologists, economists and other researchers
