An easy-to-make and delicious Greek Spirulina Sauce recipe made with the number one Spirulina on Earth.
Makes approximately 1 cup
Ingredients:
1/3 of a Pound of Feta Cheese
1/2 Garlic Clove, Minced
3 Cups of Spinach Leaves, Chopped Finely
1 Cup of Plain Yogurt
1/4 Cup of Black Olives, Chopped Finely
3 Tablespoons of Green Onion, Chopped Finely
1 Tablespoon of Earthrise® Spirulina
1 Dash of Cayenne
Salt to Taste
Instructions:
Mash the feta cheese through a fine sieve and into a bowl
Mix in the yogurt and combine the two ingredients thoroughly
Mix in the rest of the ingredients
Put the mixture into a serving bowl
Chill for an hour before serving
