A cool treat for any age. Try this superfood, vegan, gluten free, paleo  icecream recipe!

You will love how creamy it is.

Ingredients:

  • 14 OZ full fat coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup agave syrup or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp Earthrise Spirulina
  • 1 tbsp cacao nibs

Instructions:

  • Blend all ingredients except the cacao nibs
  • Freeze blended ingredients for 3-4 hours
  • Thaw for 20 minutes when ready to serve
  • Sprinkle cacao nibs as a topping
