INGREDIENTS:

  • • 1 teaspoon Apple Cider Vinegar
  • • 2 cups chamomile Chamomile Tea
  • • 2 cups Spinach
  • • 1/4 teaspoon Earthrise Spirulina
  • • 1 medium Pear, peeled
  • • 1 medium Banana
  • • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • • 1 cup ice


INSTRUCTIONS:

  • 1. Combine all ingredients in a large blender
  • 2. Blend the ingredients on high until thoroughly combined and frothy.
  • 3. Consume immediately or store tightly sealed and unrefrigerated up to 4 hours
