Ingredients:
1 Egg Yolk
1 Clove of Garlic, Crushed
1/2 Head of Green Cabbage
1/4 Cup of Olive Oil
2 Tablespoons of Shoyu
2 Tablespoons of Sesame Oil
2 Tablespoons of Fresh White Sesame Seeds
1 Tablespoon of Dijon Style Mustard
1 Tablespoon of Rice Vinegar
1 Tablespoon of Earthrise® Spirulina
1 teaspoon of Lemon Juice
1/2 teaspoon of Sea Salt
1/2 teaspoon of Freshly Ground Black Pepper
Instructions:
Combine the mustard, vinegar, Shoyu, egg yolk, garlic cloves and Earthrise® Spirulina in a medium mixing bowl
Next, add the olive oil & sesame oil, whisking while pouring the two oils into the mixture
Stir in the lemon juice, salt, pepper and sesame seeds
Toss your favorite greens with this unique dressing
