• ½ cup rolled oats
• ¼ cup flax seed
• 5 dates, pitted, (soaked a little if you have a weak blender)
• 2 tbsp agave syrup
• 1 tbsp Earthrise Spirulina
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• a pinch of cinnamon
• 1 tbsp cacao powder
Instructions
1. Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until a sticky mixture forms.
2. Then use your hands to form the balls and put them in the fridge for about an hour.
3. Drizzle with Nutella and eat!

1 cup toasted coconut flakes *
1/3 cup old fashioned oats
2 tbsp hemp hearts
2 tbsp chia seeds
2 tbsp sesame seeds
1/2 cup packed pitted dates**
2 tbsp coconut oil, melted
1 1/2 tsp spirulina
2 tbsp matcha powder (optional)
STEPS
1. Add coconut flakes, oats, hemp hearts, chia seeds, sesame seeds, dates and coconut oil to a food processor. Pulse until sticky dough is formed.
2. Add spirulina, half a teaspoon at a time, pulsing after each addition and tasting the mixture.
3. Using a tablespoon, scoop out the mixture and roll into balls using your hands. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
4. (Optional) After refrigerating for 30 minutes, roll your energy balls in some matcha powder. Enjoy!
