Chia seed pudding


Chia seed pudding is a delicious breakfast or healthy dessert choice. It is rich in protein, Omega 3 and antioxidants.


Preparation time: 5 minutes


Volume: 1 copy


Mixed ingredients:


- 1/4 cup of Chia seed


- 1 cup of almond milk


- 1 tbsp Spirulina Hawaii Powder


- 1/8 cup maple syrup or coconut sugar






Route:


Mix almond milk with sweetener in a small bowl or Mason jar. In addition, the mixture of bizarre and spirulina. The mixture of Chia and spirulina was sprinkled into the wet mixture and stirred to a uniform distribution.

Keep refrigerated overnight or for more than 4-5 hours. Serve with granola cereals, fruits, nuts, oats, or serve as toppings for an ice bowl!
