This simple and delicious ice "nice" cream recipe doesn't require an ice cream maker and it just a few simple ingredients. Plus, it's dairy and added sugar-free. 

It's bananas, quite literally.

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Serving Size: 2 bowls

Ingredients:

- 4 frozen bananas
- 3/4 cup almond millk
- 1/4 cup cacao nibs
- 1 1/2 tsp Hawaiian Spirulina powder
- handful of fresh peppermint or 1 tsp peppermint oil

Directions:

Add frozen bananas, spirulina, peppermint, and almond milk in high speed blender. Process until smooth and thick. Add cacao nibs and pulse until well distributed. Scoop and serve with your favorite toppings.
